Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: January 1, 2026

  •      Services Rendered Due to the nature of medical and telehealth services, professional fees are for the provider's time and expertise. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for medical consultations, sick visits, or coaching sessions once the service has been rendered (the visit has occurred), regardless of the medical outcome.

  •       Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.                                       -   Early Cancellations (24+ hours notice): You will receive a full refund or a credit toward a future visit.                                                                                                                -Late Cancellations (< 24 hours notice) & No-Shows: A fee of $25 may be charged, or the full deposit may be forfeited, at the provider's discretion.

  •      Technical Issues If a technical failure prevents the telehealth visit from occurring (e.g., connection loss on our end), we will reschedule your appointment for the earliest possible time at no extra cost. If we are unable to complete the visit due to our technical difficulties, a full refund will be issued.

  •       Klarna & Third-Party Payments If you have paid via Klarna or another payment plan, your refund will be processed in accordance with their terms. Refunds issued by Master's Hands Family Wellness will be submitted to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
